On the Enterprise package the service comes with a signed contract package: Order Form, Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, SLA, Sub-processors and Security Measures. The Türkiye-only processing setting is also offered with this package.

Use cases

A company that processes personal data under KVKK wants CDN and WAF services under a signed data processing agreement, with processing of its traffic in Türkiye only written into the contract.

Workflow

  1. Write to info@cdn.com.tr with what you need: your domains, your estimated monthly traffic, the date you want to start and whether you need the Türkiye-only processing setting.
  2. We send you a review link to the contract package. The review version is not an offer; this is the stage for your questions and change requests.
  3. In the link's Your details section you fill in the details of the person or company that will be the party to the contract: company name or full name, tax details, address, notice address and contacts.
  4. Once your details are complete, we share the final version, open for signature, at the same link.
  5. You send your acceptance: by uploading the e-signed or wet-signed copy to the page at the link, or in writing from the notice address in the Order Form.
  6. We set up your account and confirm the service start date to you in writing. If the Türkiye-only processing setting is included, we confirm its effective date in the Activation Notice.

Checks

  • You can sign the contract as an individual or as a company. The contract package is prepared with the details of the person or company that will be the party to the contract.
  • The contract is monthly with no minimum term; you can end it with written notice. The first month's fee is not refunded.
  • The Enterprise contract includes a specific SLA; the measurement method and credit rates are written in the SLA document.
  • The Türkiye-only processing setting is offered on the Enterprise package, through the Order Form and the Data Processing Agreement.
  • The types and countries of sub-processors are listed in the Sub-processors document in the contract package. We share their legal names during contracting, on your written request and under a confidentiality obligation.
  • Rights and obligations under the contract can be transferred only with our written consent.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sign an Enterprise contract as an individual?

Yes. We prepare the contract package with your details. If you are about to set up your company, we recommend running your technical trial on a standard package and signing the Enterprise contract directly with your company. Transferring the contract requires our written consent; a contract signed directly with the company needs no transfer.

Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement?

Yes. We act as a data processor, and a data processing agreement is a message away. On the Enterprise package the Data Processing Agreement is part of the signed contract package, and we also sign it with individual customers. You can read it at the review link we send you.

Will you share your list of sub-processors?

The types of sub-processors and the countries they are in are written in the Sub-processors document in the contract package. We share their legal names during contracting, on your written request and under a confidentiality obligation. Send your request to info@cdn.com.tr.

Can I get a specific SLA?

Yes. For specific SLA needs, contact us for an Enterprise quote. The committed availability, the measurement method and the credit rates are written in the SLA document of the Enterprise contract.

Is there a guaranteed capacity against attacks?

If you need a contracted scrubbing capacity figure, ask us for it in writing rather than assuming it. At the application layer, WAF, rate limiting and the JavaScript challenge stop the request at the edge server, and blocked requests never reach your origin.

Can I ask for a discount?

Yes. Send your request with your estimated monthly traffic and your start date, and we take it into account when preparing the offer. Any discount we apply is written in the offer.
