Select the active account

CDN.com.tr Help
Use this section when the question is about which account is active, whether a package is available, or why an account-scoped screen does not show data.
This section covers how accounts and packages organise your services on CDN.com.tr. The active account scopes almost every screen — domains, SSL, cache and platform resources all belong to one account — so if a page looks empty, the first thing to check is which account is selected.
A package (your plan) sets what an account can do; you assign one before creating platform resources, and you can change it as your needs grow. Account lifecycle covers the rest: seeing an account’s status, deleting it, and restoring it if needed. Subusers only ever see accounts their parent owns, which keeps access clean in a team.
Many legacy screens depend on the selected account state rather than a route parameter.
Packages are purchased in the panel and then assigned to accounts to unlock capacity, platform entitlements, and managed add-ons.
