Cancellation & Return Conditions

Our customers can cancel CDN products within 15 days from the date of sale without any excuse.

The return period varies depending on the payment method and can take up to 10 business days.

Return requests must be submitted in writing to the customer support department, and requests not submitted in writing are not considered.

Unconditional return conditions are only valid for newly purchased CDN packages.

There is no unconditional return guarantee for ongoing projects. In return transactions, refunds are made by deducting the fees incurred according to the payment method.
