Account status, delete, and restore

Understand account enable/disable, deletion window, cancel deletion, and how Operations reflects queued account work.

Use cases

A customer disabled or deleted the wrong account and needs a safe recovery path from the panel.

Workflow

  1. Open CDN Accounts.
  2. Find the account.
  3. Use status, delete, or cancel deletion action.
  4. Check Activity > Operations when background work is queued.

Checks

  • The action is scoped to the selected account.
  • Deletion/cancel deletion is visible before irreversible cleanup.
  • Support can inspect operation UUID if the action fails.

  • Help metadata tests keep lifecycle guidance attached to CDN Accounts.
